"The staff were friendly, but there were a number of issues with the room - one being that the aircon/heating didn’t really work. I booked a corner room with two views and it apparently is a common problem. Eventually we were given a heater. "Elevators were the only problem they are shared with the people who just come in to use the restaurant and bars and it takes longer than needed "

"There are so many places outside and inside the property the restaurant next-door called GAIA was a very good vibe. If you are planning to go shopping, this is the perfect place to stay because I was about 10 minutes or less from everything and everywhere I wanted to go. The staff was exceptionally friendly.
