"The room was clean enough; however, there was a "human dog collar" left on our lamp (no joke), and after telling the staff about it, the collar was never removed. Also, our bathroom outlet didn't work, and it took them two reminders just to fix it. The aesthetic of the hotel was amazing, and the lobby smelled clean and new. I really recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to the action of the city, but don't forget to back a outlet extender because there are only 2 outlets in the room, other than the one in the bathroom, but ours was broken for more than half of the trip."

"One corner of Time Square. Cannot be more closer. Great staff, great hôtel. Climatisation was horrible and a bit dirty. (Clim Windows not quiet at all) Room was ok, not a lot of amineties but for a quick stay, didn't regret this choice."

"Beautiful hotel, large room but smaller bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly. There was an issue with the lifts… with only 5 lifts servicing the entire hotel the wait times were quite long. Lifts were frequently full and guests often frustrated."
