We would love to welcome you to our huge 2-bedroom apartment located in an unbeatable vibrant part of the City Centre; with all of Liverpool’s best bars, restaurants, clubs, shops and more right on your doorstep - walking distance to everything!



This apartment has an open plan lounge area with Netflix TV perfect for a cosy and comfortable night in along with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Feel free to bring your own fire-stick!

Main bedroom- Double bed and single bed

Second bedroom – 1 double 1 single bed



Bathroom – Has both a shower and a bath; suitable for both preferences!



We provide linen and towels enough for 1 per guest. If you require more, we recommend bringing your own.



Check-In is 16:00pm and Check-Out is 10:00am.



Early check-in requests are available for £20.

Late check-out requests are available for £20.



Self-Check-In: To access the building, we will provide a code for you. Once entering, when arriving at our apartment there will be a separate code for the lock box which is provided the night before your stay.



There are a large amount of affordable pay and display car parks within close distance to the property.



Towels & 2 toilet rolls are provided free of charge.



The apartment is located on the 2nd floor accessed by small set of stairs.

The property is located in the heart of Liverpool city centre, within the vibrant Ropewalks district, one of the city’s most characterful and sought-after neighbourhoods. The area is known for its historic warehouse architecture, independent spirit and lively cultural scene, making it particularly appealing for leisure stays, city breaks and event visits. The immediate surroundings place guests within walking distance of many of Liverpool’s key attractions, dining venues and entertainment districts.



Bold Street is just moments away and offers an eclectic mix of independent cafés, restaurants, bakeries and boutique shops, while Liverpool ONE provides extensive retail, dining and leisure options nearby. The waterfront, Albert Dock and cultural attractions such as Tate Liverpool and The Beatles Story are all easily reached on foot, alongside theatres, music venues and nightlife areas. The property benefits from excellent city-centre connectivity, with most major attractions and amenities reachable on foot. Liverpool Central station is close by and provides Merseyrail services across the Liverpool City Region, including direct connections to Lime Street mainline station for national rail travel. For guests travelling by car, the property offers easy access to the city’s main road network, including routes towards the M62 and Mersey Tunnel crossings to the Wirral. Liverpool Lime Street station is within easy reach for intercity rail services, and Liverpool John Lennon Airport is approximately a short drive or direct bus journey away, making regional and national travel straightforward.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT NOTE: For stays longer than 28 days, a mandatory mid-stay clean will be required. An invoice will be issued for this service, and the fee will be the same as the standard property cleaning fee.



Refundable Deposit – £300

A £1 hold will be placed on your card and automatically released after your stay if there are no damages or issues.



Damage Waiver – £30 (non-refundable)

Covers accidental damages up to £30 (e.g., minor scratches, stains, or broken items).



Unreported or intentional damages are not covered and may result in additional charges.



A secure link will be sent to you prior to your arrival to complete the pre-check-in requirements.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests can interact via the Airbnb chat with our customer service team. We will try to be available to respond between the hours 7am-10pm. If your message is outside these hours, we still hope to respond as fast and effective as possible to ensure guest satisfaction.
