Misleading

If you want somewhere cheap to lay your head it is fine but it was not what I expected as there were no pictures on the site. It's a shared house in a residential area not far from the city centre. If you want a taxi you need to book well in advance though. There is a shared kitchen and living area, which is where the TV is, no television, kettle, dressing table or anything in the room. The free toiletries are what other guests have left behind, which I don't mind but some people are more particular. I was more concerned about the fact that there were people who appeared to live there. We daren't make a coffee as we were unsure if the items belonged to someone or were available for us to use. These things need to be made clearer. We had booked for the weekend but left Saturday morning, I wasn't comfortable with the security or safety tbh.

absoloutly digusting, appauling manager!!!!!

well we didnt even stay in the place we booked. we travelled from manchester to liverpool to get outside and be turned down by the owner who told us that we didnt book the room even though they have taken out money and will not refund it! we were left homeless in liverpool for a night because he was inconsiderate and didnt even bother to help us find somewhere to stay. we were supposed to be having a nice romantic weekend away and it turned into hell. we repeatedly tried calling the place again for our money back for the owner to be rude and keep putting the phone down, this is a absoloute disgusting experience and we will be taking it further. the lack of care here was unbelievable and i would never ever reccomend anyone to stay in this property!!!!!!!!! absoloutly disgusted.

Bom, mas pode melhorar.

Embora os anfitriões tivessem demonstrado boa vontade em nos acolher, não ficamos totalmente satisfeitos com as instalações do nosso quarto. Não tinha espelho nem saboneteira bem como toalha de rosto no banheiro. O ponto positivo é que o chuveiro e a localização eram bons. Também nos sentimos incomodados com a luz externa da casa que acendia a todo momento que alguém transitava pela rua, sem que houvesse a vedação necessária na nossa janela. A nosso pensar, tratam-se de pequenos detalhes que podem ser melhorados para que vier a se hospedar futuramente no local.
