"Bed was comfortable and great view from my room! A bit of a hiccup at check out, they asked me to pay, even thought I had already paid. Slightly awkward back and forth requesting payment. I had to email them my payment receipt, show banking app, show the app I booked on, details of which card I paid with and then a couple of phone calls to the reservation team which turned out they had typed something wrong into my room.
I asked for a receipt, they said they would email me the receipt as they couldn’t give me one as it was still showing as not paid. I never received the receipt.
Apart from this mix up, the hotel was really nice."
