Great location, friendly welcome, clean and comfortable rooms. It's not the Ritz, but it is perfect for an overnight stay in Liverpool. Been back about half a dozen times. Lot of stairs mind, so keep that in mind if you struggle with mobility.

Amazing location in the centre of everything,reception staff were so helpful,room was lovely ,comfortable and clean only down side was we were on the top floor with no lift but location and overall impression outweighs that ,looking forward to staying again soon

Great from start to finish. Lovely staff and great central location. Was perfect for me and my girlfriend to go shopping, and then for a few drinks in the evening. Will definitely book back in here again!
