"I had a family get together to celebrate my birthday. My kids came from west coast and east coast and the house is an hour drive from LA. House was very comfortable inside and out. Pool, barbecue, playground, ping pong, basketball outside, billiards inside gave us plenty to do. Bedrooms were large and very comfortable. Kitchen was great. We hired a chef but also ordered in and cooked ourselves. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a retreat to spend quality time with family...

"We flew to Los Angeles for my dad's funeral and needed a home close to my parents home in Monrovia. This home was perfect for our family of 5 and was only 2 blocks away from my mom. Very clean with plenty of space. My 3 boys each had their own bed and a bathroom to share. Kitchen had everything we needed and having an area to do laundry was a bonus. "This is a nice place to stay in Pasadena. I generally choose VRBO because for the vast majority of the rentals, you are the only renters in the home. In this case, this is the upstairs of the home, while others were downstairs. There were no noise issues, and it has a separate entry, so it wasn't an issue, just not what I have come to expect from VRBO. I repeat it was perfect for our stay, however.
