"Nice property - as advertised - enjoyed the pool and spa"

"This property was in a cute, safe neighborhood, across from a church. There were restaurants and lots of bubble tea in the nearby area, about 2 miles from Old Pasadena. Inside the house was almost as described. I was disappointed to find only 1 queen bed and the futon was only a mattress on the floor. I don’t think 4 people could sleep here. I went out to buy a pillow because there were only 2 available. I wish there had been baking sheets available as I bought a couple frozen meals to...

"Comfortable place and peaceful area"

"The property was fantastic, very comfortable and full of already provided kitchen tools. We were able to have one of the best stays in LA with this property and would come back again to stay next time in town. Thanks to Jack for the assistance with any issue we had and the coffee makers and Nespresso Machine was definitely a added bonus to what's already a wonderful place to stay ! "

"The pros:The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It is large enough that you're not on top of one another and have room to roam. The pool is large with a sliding scale from shallow to deep end. The deep end was surprisingly very deep (more than the typical 6ft). The house has all the amenities you need. Plenty of plates, silverware, towels (even pool towels), toilet paper, shower products, etc. There are even pool toys and floats! The beds are comfortable. and the room darkening...

"Very nice house conveniently located within walking distance of the center of Sierra Madre. Rencently remodeled with noticeable attention to detalls, comfortable and welcoming. Would stay there again."

"Unfortunately, this place is not in a good neighborhood as the listing stated. The neighbors have 2 pitbulls, 1 German Shepherd mix, 1 Rottweiler, and a small dog. These dogs bark not stop. When I would come out of the front door, they would run to the iron gate and bark viciously at me. These neighbors had music playing on the weekend until 1 pm.Ella, the host was not forthcoming about her listing. It stated there was parking for 2 cars in the garage. Iconfirmed this on my way to the property....

"The house was equipped with everything we needed and the neighbourhood in Monrovia is quiet and safe. Additionally Monrovia was a good starting point for us to discover LA and its surroundings. I would stay again."

"Plenty of sleeping space. Unfortunately no couches and chairs to lounge in and enjoy family time and college playoffs. Table and chairs in kitchenette area. The rental would have been almost perfect had there been a couch and some lounge chairs in the living area. "
