"Great place and staff was amazing. The only complaint I have is the ac in the room was so loud when it comes in that it scared me out of my sleep every night and it was hard for me to get a good nights rest. It’s time to upgrade those ac units other than that I enjoyed my stay."

"This was a great stay! Juan was a fantastic host with great communication. Our family stayed here for 3 nights in August while visiting Lubbock for a friend's wedding. It was a very comfortable & clean place to stay, surprisingly spacious for our family of 8, and only 12 minutes from where we needed to be in Lubbock. The outside of the home shows some wear, but the inside looks brand new. The air conditioner kept it nice and cool inside, while it was 100 degrees outside. We felt totally safe the whole time in this location. There is a fenced front yard that our kids enjoyed playing in. The yard feels semi-private because of several train cars around it, which gave it a unique feel."
