"Pros: There was plenty of parking outside and check-in was quick. The beds were clean and comfortable. I didn’t take a photo because we dove right into them haha. There was a bedside table with a lamp and two working outlets to charge our phones. The room also had a TV with cable, and they provided WiFi details and instructions to use the TV with your key card. They provided two small bars of soap, plus small bottles of lotion, conditioner, and shampoo. I have thick, long hair and the shampoo would have been enough for two washes. There’s also a pool available, although we didn’t use it. The room had a table with two chairs, a good-sized fridge, a microwave, and a single-serve coffee maker with coffee and two types of tea. The continental breakfast included cereals, a make-your-own waffle station, apples, toast, muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee, and tea. Breakfast ran from 6:30 to 9:30. Check-out was easy. We went down at 9:30 and were done quickly. Cons: They forgot to bring towels to our room. My friend went to the front desk around 11:30 at night and they gave us some right away, so it was an easy fix. The bathroom light and fan didn’t work, and the fan vent was hanging loose from the ceiling. We didn’t ask for it to be fixed since we were only there one night, but these are basic amenities that should be working, so I knocked off 1.5 stars. Overall: I’d say a solid 3.5/5 stars."

"The host was great at getting back to us. My biggest disappointment was the house needs a deep ! Cleaning ! from Floors to ceiling. And kitchen cupboards drawers. Very dusty and hair everywhere. That ment I had to wash pots or certain things before using them. The kitchen has all you need but it needs to be cleaner for what I am use too.great balcony and pool deck. The yard is amazing heated pool hot tub was fabulous. Close and walking distance to winery park and resturant . Love the deer the vineyard scenery . The views are great from the house. Very safe area ."

"Food was fresh and amazing though wouldnt have minded a break from sausages. Still a spectacular buffet with good ccoffee!"

"This was a lovely, cute little place to stay for the week. It had all the amenities we were looking for. Location was great… near trails, great view, but not that far from anything. Thank you Happy valley for hosting us."

"Hot tub would not get hot, property manager was not responsive with solutions on that and other items we inquired about before and during the stay (like confirming if there was coffee at the property or if we needed to buy our own - things that can easily be listed) and lack of towels. "

"Very clean and has everything needed. There was a fair amount of morning noise from heavy footsteps and something heavy dropping on the floor above. And an odd gasoline fuel smell flowing in from somewhere on the last night, but not sure if that was from outside of the structure. Overall the view is nice and the place is clean and spacious."

"We found a beautiful refuge while staying for three weeks in this home overlooking the Okanagan lake and vineyards of West Kelowna. There is a lot of space for larger families or groups as every room is quite large. The pool was so wonderful to enjoy each day during the late summer months. The house were accessible yet gave us the privacy. We needed to enjoy a home away from home. Everything was so clean, organized and modern. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope you will as well!"

"We had an outstanding stay at the Lakeview Cove suite. Emmanuel and Barbara were wonderful hosts. We truly appreciated their efforts to ensure we fully enjoyed our stay. They even provided a lovely welcome basket with food, wine, and other amenities upon our arrival. The Kelowna region was fantastic, not only for its wines but also for the stunning scenic views from everywhere. Highly recommended. "
