"Specifically, Hyatt hotels never disappoint my family. As far as my family is concerned, Park Hyatt Saigon is probably one of the best we've ever stayed in. Being first timers to Ho Chi Minh city, we were privileged to enjoy friendly, professional and attentive staff from check-in till -out. The pool was amazing and poolside staff's awareness of our needs was very good. The area(s) around the hotel were very attractive and are well within walking distance for dining and shopping. Recommended for those wanting to enjoy a bit of luxury without breaking the bank."

"I book for nonsmoking room, and they said my room was nonsmoking room. It wasn’t really smell . Besides that everything was great. We will come back for next trips."
