"I liked the Hotel Rock but it needs some improvements. Pros: loved the bartenders and drinks at the restaurant, Per Diem, cool atmosphere, good location. Cons: staff didn't explain anything about property at check-in, no dishes/utensils/glassware, even though we had a suite with a kitchenette. There were 3 of us staying in the suite (I had to give everyone's name at check-in). However, we had to ask for an extra bath towel both nights of our stay since they only provided two. "

"Very nice hotel, beautiful atrium, nice pool area and gym. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety for a great price. The room with three queen bed was perfect for our needs."

"If you are checking in after six, definitely call (like your reservation will say). We did that and still waited for a half hour at the front desk with other parties to check in. It seems there's only one person on duty because we even tried calling to let someone know we were there waiting and nobody answered. Poor water pressure, room wasn't very clean, and even though we booked a room with a sofa bed they told us we may not have linens in the room for it and if we didn't, they had no extras to give us. (Luckily we did.) It wasn't the worst experience I've ever had but it was enough that I wouldn't return. "

"Shops, restaurants, and the park were right outside our front door. Amenities were great, very clean, and tidy. Bring some extra cleaning items such as paper towels, toilet paper, and supplies, as they were very limited. Otherwise, it is a relaxing place for a girls getaway, with lots to do in the area. Highly recommend!! "

"This place was well decorated and updated and a great place to stay. We loved that we could walk to so many shops and restaurants. The host was very easy to communicate with and very gracious in our short stay. "
