"I would like to give a special thanks to Erin who works in reservations at the front desk for making mine and my girlfriend's first experience at the hotel Rock lititz a very memorable special excellent stay. She worked with me in the florist that I had flowers delivered to the hotel to make it a special moment for my girlfriend who is totally moved and emotionally overcome with everything from check-in to delivering the flowers to my room. "The B&B was located in Lancaster and not Lititz like we thought but that was ok because we had already seen everything in Lititz. The owners were very nice. We enjoyed sitting and talking with them when we got there. Everything was so nice and the food was very good!"

"Everything was amazing—we truly loved our stay. The room was beautiful, and the view made the experience even better. My girlfriend really enjoyed it as well, which made it special for both of us. The only small thing we noticed was that there wasn’t enough sugar provided for the coffee, and there weren’t utensils available for guests who might bring back snacks or dessert. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Thank you for such a great stay—we would definitely come back!"

"The room was beautiful.... rose and mints on the bed in entering, robes in the closet, sparkling water to enjoy. It didn't feel like a hotel..... cozy with a comfort you feel from being at home."

"Pool wasn’t clean. Everyone was walking with street shoes in the pool area. The most terrible part was the breakfast. Completely unhealthy. You could also go for some fast food at a grocery. Really bad. On one day I tried to get help, they were on their room but didn’t opened. Pool and included breakfast was driving my decision to book there. Never again."

"Hotel is quaint, clean and the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast and two hour tour of the Amish Farm! We had such an amazing experience and look forward to visiting again soon! I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The only positive about our stay was that it was a brand new facility. The rooms were incredibly tiny, so tiny they don’t have a full shower. Room service is only every other day. There’s no coffee, tea or water in the room. I chose this hotel as it was the highest rated in the area. I wouldn’t stay here again."
