"From check in to check out, the service at HM was impeccable. The Front desk team, particularly Marcus and his phenomenal knowledge of HM's history, was incredibly educational and entertaining. Thanks to Marcus and his knowledge, we learnt so much about the history of HM and it made our experience so much more endearing. Every team member assisted us with our enquiries regardless of their allocated/designated work areas (Theresa!) and the rooms and facilities are sinply breathtaking. Thank you Marcus and the entire HM team for making our stay so much more memorable and one we will never forget. "Great spot with a very nice restaurant and lounge area with an open fire. Room was very clean, comfy bed and car was not visible from the road. Close to the highway but didn’t hear anything at night with the doors closed. Would stay here again for sure."
