"We had a wonderful 4 days in the Blue Mountains- The staff at the Kyah were super helpful and accommodating. Amazing soak in the hot tub and the room was clean and the bed super comfy! "

"Parking was good and food at the Bistro was nice too. Hotel is old and rooms inside are adequate but run down and a bit noisy (if you get noisy neighbors). You get what you pay for."

"Very much enjoyed our stay, was very clean and loved things like zoned AC to each room. The fireplace was beautiful and it was overall a great place to stay. The information booklet was very detailed and the house was well equipped too. Would be nice in the future to have perhaps one outdoor entertainment thing like a fire pit, bbq or jacuzzi, but obviously doesn't count against the place as it never advertised that it had one.If you want to stay in the area I highly recommend! Thank you for being great hosts!"

"Nice location with great views from the rooms. The rooms however do need a modernization (the bathrooms in particular) and the floors were a bit smeary with residue of cleanser. Be aware that the road leading there has many pot-holes (a warning sign would be helpful, especially when arriving in the dark) and while that may not be in the purview of the hotel, those on the driveway and parking area should at least be fixed by the hotel."

"Fantastic little property for our blue mountains getaway. Loved the block, the location, there was ample room for our 8yr old to run around safely and a great sunset lookout within walking distance. The lighting is a little low for those who have difficulty at night but it was never an issue for us and we will definitely be back again! Linda is a great host. "
