"Everybody charming at front desk. Nice place, well located. Roof terrasse/bar/pool that must be awesome during the warm season (it was too cold during our visit). Our room was decorated very stylishly, well equipped, fairly quiet, rather small however. We would return, even though we were a hetero couple in a place considering itself a gay hotel, we felt very welcomed."

"The location of the Radisson Red was great. Close to Atocha train station (express bus from airport runs to here), Prado Museum, the underground and bars and restaurants. The hotel has a youngish vibe to it although there were all ages there. It was modern, a bit undustrial and very black and red. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. We had a superior room with terrace. Room was reasonable size with a very comfy bed. bathroom was modern, good size and clean. The terrace was huge with views....
