"Very convenient hotel at Lisbon airport, you can walk to the airport. The hotel does offer a 24 hour shuttle service, which is better if you have a lot of luggage!! Breakfast begins at 4:00am but you also have the option of having breakfast at the hotel across the street that begins at 2:00am so lots of options. I gave 4 stars only because the bed was so hard, the mattress felt like a board, very uncomfortable!"

"Very clean, welcoming staff and lobby area. Staff was very helpful throughout my stay. Close to all Rossio and Chiado, Restauradores, Carmo and Bairro Alto shops and attractions. Very walkable. Didn't use breakfast option with so many cafes nearby. Recommend for a "reasonably priced" option in a central Lisbon location."

"Prices at the restaurant were very high. Especially for a buffet dinner. Their a/c is weird and we froze until they sent a maintenance man to fix it. Staff was great and very professional."

"This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed there and I will be back in few weeks for 1 night before I leave to fly home from Lisbon. Staff fantastic!! Rooms big and beds comfy. Bathroom beautiful and updated. Last year I took a quick trip to Porto and they kept my big bag since I was coming back 3 days later—so accommodating, easy to get around via Uber-they are pretty close to everywhere I wanted to go. Caution: restaurant is very average from food perspective and horrible from customer service standpoint. I ordered from Uber Eats one night and asked them for a fork-I promised to bring it back and they were rude and refused. I went to front desk of hotel and they had sets of wooden utensils/napkins. I asked them why the people there were mean and was told they are reviewing options as the restaurant rents the space so it is not controlled by the hotel. Otherwise, highly recommend!"
