Service is slow on a few fronts: we waited over an hour for the airport shuttle before the Comfort Inn driver offered us a ride and waited more than an hour before half of our room service was delivered and then we we told that it would be at least another hour before the (soup) could e delivered."

"The staff were nice for the 3 nights we stayed. The front of lobby was clean and had a good smell. But the room had a smell that seemed to be in the air conditioning or carpet. The shower curtain need to be replaced the rings were torn. The color was cream instead of white also the sheets appeared to have that same color. The hotel is dated but can be updated by changing the curtains and sheets to give it a fresher look. This hotel was convinced because of the shuttle to the airport. Over all...

"My flight had been canceled and I was very lucky to find a room at your establishment. So thankful for the shuttle to and from the airport. Both drivers were very friendly. I was only in my room about 6 hours but it was very comfortable and very clean and neat. Since my luggage went ahead of me, I very much appreciated the shampoo and body wash."
