"This is the second time staying at IHG, the first time having been in April 2024. The service is always fabulous. Housekeeping staff was responsive and sweet both nights of stay, bringing coffee and lotion when asked. The sweet gal at the coffee bar who helped me with ordering Byredo lotion and making a great hot white mocha was just as pleasant as when I saw her back in April when I was in town for the Chris Stapleton concert. The bartender at Bradstreet on 6/20/24 made me a fabulous drink. The waitress Diria and Alexander at LaVoya on June 22nd for breakfast were both very nice in spit of being so busy. The front desk staff is always great! Thank you for making my trip with my sister for the Morgan Wallen concert so memorable!"
