Woodhall Spa (8 miles) is a beautiful former spa town set amidst magnificent 19 acres of pine woods owned by The Woodland Trust. Regarded as one of Lincolnshire's most attractive villages, it is famous for its peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Just over 9 miles away in a picturesque setting by the River Slea, a fully restored working watermill, and is thought to be the only Sheriff’s Watermill still operating in England, producing flour on this site for over a thousand years.

This spacious and beautiful property is ready to welcome you, and is the perfect getaway for two. Walking into the property with parts dating back to 1840, you will note the exposed beams and reclaimed elements of the building. The open-plan living space has some beautiful handmade pieces, such as the kitchen units which add both colour and flair to this lovely space. There is plenty of soft comfortable spaces to sit and enjoy cosy evenings around the wood burner. A dining table sits near the kitchen with seating for all. Heading from the living room you are met with the large king-size bedroom and finally the en-suite bathroom.

Outside is the lovely courtyard with seating and hot tub and is the best way to finish off in the evening, enjoying this touch of luxury and relaxation.
