"I wipe down a room before unpacking, and I found some very dirty areas in the room, including the ice bucket and tray it sat on and around the sink. The room looked very clean, but my own cleaning revealed it wasn’t as clean as it looked. It is a dog friendly hotel, and the dog in the room next to mine barked a lot, including at 2:30 am. I had earplugs but it didn’t help. Also the other guests were the most noisy guests I have ever encountered. They slammed doors starting at 5 am, pounded on...

"We were travelling with our dog and so needed a hotel that was pet friendly. The room we were given had an incredibly offensive scent (very strong room deodorizer attempting, unsuccessfully, to mask dog urine). I will add that when addressed with staff they very quickly moved us to another room. Nothing bad to stay about the desk clerks, they were both great. I would suggest not putting carpeting in rooms designated for people travelling with pets. "
