Apartment looks rundown. Lots of stain, hairs and cracks. The toilet paper holder was broken and rusty. No hot water and the water pressure wasn’t great. Have to endure cold water shower. Check in was very terrible, booked months ahead for the room but until the checked in day no one gave the code or any instructions how to get in. We’re already in the property and waiting, wasting time no one communicated until you called the whatsapp number yet still waited for a while for them to provide the lock code. Unfortunate and sad, the process is just unbearable coming from a long flight.

This property is wonderful. It is very well kept and modern. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score was because I wasn’t able to bring guests in with me. I did rent an apartment rather than a hotel because I wanted to visit with old friends while I visited Lima and provide a location for us to meet. Apart from that the unit is away from the attractions of Barranco, however it is almost perfectly nestled between barranco and Miraflores. Overall it was a great stay. I can definitely see myself staying again as long as I ca have guests.
