"Had a lovely stay here for 2 days. Booked the Signature room which had a really nice view of the Grand Place. Breakfast was excellent, staff on the front desk really lovely. The building was going through some maintenance - there were some shabby carpets in some stairwells, TV and Aircon not working during our stay - but the front desk made some adjustment to the bill which was more than fair. The room view, central location and excellent breakfast really made it for us. "

"Very comfortable stay. Main sites and restaurants walkable. Convenient for stations. Staff very attentive and helpful. Only complaint was that you could hear a lot of noise from the back of the building at night (noisy neighbours maybe?). More black teabags in the room would have been nice too. Overall, very nice stay. "
