"The house and all the furnishings were great and the hot tub was perfect for the cool nights. The location was between DuPont and Highlands so we were able to do all the sightseeing we wanted. I was really looking forward to kayaking on the lake but the rest of my group wasn’t up for that. We really appreciated the Brevard restaurant menus and loved The Square Root. My only complaint was the 2 mile gravel road. We almost rode a motorcycle and would have had issues getting to the house. Please...

We were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed the covered boat dock! The house was spacious and had everything labeled and easy to find. "Cute place. Interesting decor. Very well stocked with needed items. We’re not happy with beds. Rubber or plastic on mattresses are so hot. Foam mattress in second bedroom needs to be replaced. Sags in the middle. Tried kids beds and plastic undercover sooo hot. "
