We stayed for a long weekend, and had a wonderful time. The house and property wad perfect for us amd our two dogs.The location was great, due to the proximity to downtown and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The house was well stocked and very clean.

Great stay in Greenville!

The house was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 kids (ages 6 and 8). The host was extremely responsive to questions that I had, and the house was well stocked for what we needed. The proximity to the Swamp Rabbit trail and Grocery/ Cafe was definitely a plus!

The host was easy to communicate with and prompt to answer. Quiet neighborhood, good location to downtown and the Swamp Rabbit trail, groceries, and a must try bbq joint, Mike and Jeff’s on Old Buncombe Rd. The house was well stocked and TVs in each bedroom were a plus! The only thing we wish is that the fence extended out to include the side door because you can only access the fenced in yard by going out to the gate. Thanks for the hospitality!

The home was very clean and comfortable for our stay. Also a plus to be able to bring our two small dogs and have s fenced in yard for them. The neighborhood was a concern when we pulled up but while there it was very quiet and we felt safe. Lastly, the house is situated close to all you need. Bring your bikes! The trail is awesome!

Very nice!

The house was very clean and comfortable! There was a lot of nice amenities and the beds were comfortable. The host was very helpful and left some treats for us. If we come back to the area we’d definitely stay here again!

Greenville getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Tyler’s place on Mora. The home was updated, clean, well stocked and in a wonderful location. This home is located very close to downtown Greenville. If need be, I’ll be sure to rent this place again!

Excellent stay

Had a girls’ weekend with my sisters and mom. This was an excellent stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Wonderful home!

Tyler had excellent communication and provided lots of little extras to make it feel like home for us and our dogs. Beds were so comfortable. This home is one of the clearest we have ever stayed in! It was close to downtown and all the activities/restaurants. We will stay here again if back in the Greenville area.

Cute house near swamp rabbit trail

This house was perfect for our thanksgiving get away. Cooked a whole thanksgiving meal in this great little kitchen with our family. The house was perfect size for us and we enjoyed sitting around the living room playing games and listening to music. It’s a five minute walk to the trail and we enjoyed how close it was and had a great walk on the trail.

Great house

We had a short 2 day stay at the house. It was in a convenient location to downtown Greenville. Unfortunately, the people in the neighborhood leave their dogs outside barking all night (in the cold) but nothing the host could have done about that. It had everything we needed and the host is very attentive.

Great newly remodeled home. Easy to get downtown from location on the edge of the city. Host was super communicative. Only drawback was being able to walk our dog as neighbor dogs were loose. But fenced in back yard was fine for our pup.

The host was a good communicator and laid out all the rules and expectations specifically in emails. The house was very clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances were in good working order.The bed linens and bath towels were good quality.The furniture was comfortable and in good condition. The TV was very newer and worked well.The neighborhood was very convenient to downtown Greenville with off street parking for two vehicles. We had a dog with us and the fenced backyard was a plus. There is a park not far away for dogs or children.I would recommend this property to a family or a group of friends.

Hiking Greenville

We really enjoyed our time in Greenville. The house was close to so many fun things to do. The house was very clean. I really appreciate that. Everything you could want in a vacation home was there. As others have said if you have dogs you can’t just let them out. You have to go out the side door and down the stairs. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Just a quick overnight stay. Was comfortable enough except we didn’t realize the heat was running instead of the AC and it was too warm and smelled mildewy. The master bath needs a clean fresh shower curtain liner as this one was moldy. Otherwise clean and comfy.

Clean, well-stocked, and a great host!

Swamp Rabbit Gateway home was clean, well-stocked, convenient to downtown, and a pleasant stay. Tyler (host) emailed great instructions and information on a timely basis. When I arrived, I couldn't figure out the keypad lock and emailed Tyler. He immediately responded to make sure I got in the house and everything was ok. The house was beyond clean!! The house is small, but very functional. The house was stocked with sponges, soaps, laundry detergent, etc. It is close to the delicious boutique Swamp Rabbit Cafe & Grocery. I have no hesitation to stay here again if we travel to Greenville, SC again.

Communication was excellent. We booked two days before our stay and this host was very accommodating. He was quick to respond and helpful. The home was nicely renovated and clean on the inside. Shrubs and bushes were getting a bit overgrown on the outside. We have a 9lb dog and she was able to get through the fence. No door that opened directly to the yard. Location was close to downtown which was very nice. You had to cross a pretty busy street to get on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No sidewalks in the neighborhood. Very nice quiet neighborhood but not as kept up.
