"Great place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel has been renovated, it’s like new. Plenty of restaurants and shopping centers. The breakfast is really good. I would definitely recommend to stay here when visiting New York City. "

"For the price it was decent for what I needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was too, but I wish they weren't so stingy with the toilet paper because between me and my family the roll they gave us wasn't even a full roll. They had breakfast included too, but we didn't have it since we had plans to go somewhere else. The night person who was there for my check was nice, and informative about where it was best to park to be closest to the room. So that was appreciated. "

"We checked in very late due to flight delays, and even at 3.30 am, the receptionist made us feel very welcoming, and went out of his way to make us comfortable, with water right away and walked us to the elevator. Our breakfact was awesome, the lady at the omlet bar was very accomodating, and kept reminding me to serve myself some warm syrup for the pancakes she made hot toorder! A very caring staff all around."
