The building itself is shabby and the courtyard that is shared with 2 restaurants echoes with kitchen clatter until late into the night. It's not really a problem if you close the windows. The apartment is well-equipped, but unfortunately the bed and pillows (flat as a board) are probably the worst I've ever slept on.
