Great location. Enjoyed the view from our balcony. Hotel and room in great shape. Nice water dispenser in the hallway. Only odd thing wasn’t there wasn’t a rack for our luggage. Attentive front desk.

The rooms were very clean and more spacious then expected. The staff was very helpful. I was also amazed that there was a free water dispenser on every floor to fill your water bottles. The hotel is very conveniently located to Old Town and to public transportation. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Nice.

Great location. 1 minute walk to the beach promenade and the hotel is located on a quiet street filled with various eateries, a patisserie, souvenir shops and a 4 minute walk to the opera house. The breakfast is very good. The only complaint I have is that there is only a kettle with instant coffee in the rooms. A great improvement would be a nespresso type of machine.

Very accessible and convenient for beach, town, old town, restaurants and transport. Quiet position and quiet rooms. Lovely balcony. Well serviced and efficient staff. Only downside the double room was fairly small in size

the perfect location for a short stay in Nice! and a well maintained hotel with responsive staff. we got a room on the 6th floor when we arrived early, they did do the early check in at a price but it was worth it to get the room right away. it is very close to shops and restaurants, and two tram stops away from train station. promenade is a block out and was great to be able to walk mornings and evenings. my only complaint was our bathroom door didnt lock properly and the hotel staff didnt fix it thru our stay.

Friendly helpful staff - arranged taxi to airport, held our suitcase all day as we had an evening flight. Very friendly & welcoming. Excellent breakfast - everything available from cooked eggs, bacon & sausages to fruit & yoghurt. Modern large room with sea view. Fantastic location - in the old town near lots of excellent restaurants & landmarks. Very buzzy area & felt very safe. Public car parks nearby if you have a hire car. Recommend.

This hotel is in the perfect spot to walk into Old Town, the beach, and to most things on your Nice list! Rooms are bigger than expected and super comfortable! Note: there are 2 sets of small stairs from the lobby to the elevator. Kind of a pain with heavy luggage. Also, the elevator is very slow and tiny (room for you, a carry-on and a checked bag) so give yourself plenty of time for check-in/check-out!
