Very well situated hotel, close to promenade des anglais, place Masséna, old nice and lots of little streets to explore and walk around. Staff is courteous. Rooms are clean, bathroom is spacious , water fountain available on each level. Would recommend!

amazing property, with friendly and helpful staff. very safe area, with local dining & shopping options. the old town is only a 5 minute walk away and a 15 minute drive to the airport. will definitely stay here again.

Probably the best location you can get in Nice for a fantastic price. The rooms are a good size for being in the city and they are super stylish and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Nice.

This hotel is in a great location. The room was very reasonable and a good value for the money. My only complaint was the breakfast. There was not much more than a Continental breakfast and the price was high. I would stay here again but I would not eat here.

Overall, a great hotel for a city trip, centrally located between the city center and the sea. Rooms are renovated, size OK, balcony was in reality a french balcony. Breakfast room lacks athmosphere, but good choice of food. Reception is located directly at the entrance, no space, no privacy.

Location is excellent, very close to the beach and a short walk to the market, dining and shopping. The room was larger than expected. There was some confusion at check-in despite several email exchanges ahead of our arrival. We didn’t realize the room’s power only works if your key is in the special slot or that the climate control is off unless the windows are fully closed. A sign would have been helpful. We would absolutely recommend this hotel.
