"We stayed for 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Xi'An in a Grand Club King Room. We went to Xi'An mainly to see the Terracotta Warriors. For us, we found this hotel was isolated from the main part of the town of Xi'An. We needed to take a taxi to get into the town centre. Apart from that, the room, the staff and the food were all at standard of what we would expect from the Grand Hyatt group. For us, the location wasn't the best."

"Lovely suite. Excellent porters who all spoke excellent English. The bar staff didn't speak English and this made ordering difficult. The spa facility was closed (but no notice). Lots of mosquitoes in the lobby. "

That said, if the distance isn’t a concern, the experience is well worth it—the hotel worked perfectly for us, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, adding an extra highlight to the stay."
