"Property is nice, as advertised. We really liked how it is in a quiet area/neighborhood. Lots of restaurants/stores within the area. Host is nice, helpful and very++ responsive to our messages. The only thing is, the hot water is kind of hard to control and it ran out on our last day, but good thing is that, the host was very responsive and prompt to fix it. "

"Hallway lights did not work requiring walk into the building and up the stairs in darkness throughout my stay. One of the toilets was not functional. Upon returning in the late afternoon one day I found two windows open on the back of the building where workmen had been doing repairs on the exterior."

"We struggled to find the apartment at first but called the agent and they helped us find it very quickly! The apartment is beautiful and modern! Very secure with the door locking systems in and out. It had a lift in the building which is really helpful if you have suitcases or shopping! It had so much space in it and it was all very clean. We were left with supplies of soap, washing powder etc. which was great! The balcony was lovely and had some nice relaxing furniture on it, as it was so warm...

"Das Haus casa 2 ist wunderbar gelegen inmitten paradiesischer terassenartig angelegter Gärten. Und das inmitten des Lissaboner Vorortes Algés! Frau Ursula Stöhr ist die ideale herzlich freundliche Gastgeberin und als ihr Gast kann man sich nur uneingeschränkt wohlfühlen. Dass sie deutsch spricht, war für mich noch ein großes Extra-Glück der Entspannung, aber auch ohnedem hätte ich mich rundum wohl und bestens großzügig umsorgt gefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und denke...

"Bonne situation géographique, proche des transports en commun. Logement bien équipé, bonne literie. Bon accueil à l'arrivée. En revanche, le logement est très humide, présence de moisissures."

"Nice apartment with at great location. 6-7 km from Lisbon centre, but still a quite busy area. Lots of restaurants just past the Monestary and a larger grocery shop is in that area as well. The bus and the tram stops right outside the door and the railway is 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is nice, with the bedrooms at the back, which is good because of trafic. Very nice and helpful owner. I would say this is good value for money."
