"The staff are fantastic. We arrived hours before check in, but Marisol was terrific. She offered to pre-check us in and store our luggage if we wanted to go out. She said she would call when our room was ready, which she did as promised. When we arrived back, she took the time to review our VIP perks, inform us of the complimentary coffee in the morning and cookies and milk at night, which if you stay there, definitely take advantage of both. The room was clean, except for the bedside bench could use a once over with a steamer, and the oddly stained cushion could be replaced. Overall we would stay again."

"This was in a nice location, allowing us to walk. The whole building was clean and felt welcoming. Minus one of our beds which had 4-5 weird stains on it, and not small stains either. Over all I would stay here again."

"The staffs and management was not helpful. I booked my trip through Expedia, and my reservation was canceled. I was then told to make a new reservation directly, but my original Expedia booking was never refunded. I wasn’t expecting a full refund, but I believe I should at least receive a refund for the unused/remaining days."
