Relax by the firepit, grill outdoors, or watch the sunset over the lake. Sandpiper Cottage next door can also be rented when available.



The Space:

Sandpiper Too is a spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bath lakefront home with room for up to 10 guests. The well-equipped kitchen includes many of the essentials needed for preparing meals, along with a crockpot, blender, and baking dishes. A large dining table provides plenty of room for everyone to gather together.



A highlight of the home is the large gathering room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking West Twin Lake. Relax and enjoy the lake views, watch TV, or take in the character of the room, including the mounted elk.



The den provides another fun gathering space with a pool table. With multiple living areas, guests have plenty of room to spend time together or spread out and relax. Starlink internet and Smart TVs are available for guests to use with their own streaming services.



Outside, enjoy the lakefront, private dock, two kayaks, outdoor grill, and firepit surrounded by upgraded Adirondack chairs.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the home, lakefront, dock, and outdoor living areas during their stay. Enjoy two kayaks for exploring West Twin Lake, relax by the water, grill outdoors, or gather around the firepit in upgraded Adirondack chairs while watching the sunset.



Inside, guests have access to the large lake-view gathering room, den with pool table, kitchen, dining areas, and other living spaces. One locked closet is reserved for owner use. The attached garage is also reserved for owner use and is not accessible to guests.



The Neighborhood:

Sandpiper Too is located directly on West Twin Lake in Lewiston, Michigan, offering beautiful lake views and easy access to this popular all-sports lake. The nearby West Twin Lake canal has a marina where guests can rent boats and pontoons for even more time on the water.



Sandpiper Cottage, another of our vacation homes, is right next door. When availability allows, guests can rent both homes—perfect for extended families and larger groups who want to vacation together while still having their own space.



Guests are also close to Northern Michigan DNR trails and state forest roads for ORV riding, snowmobiling, and year-round outdoor recreation. Downtown Lewiston is just a short drive away for restaurants, shopping, and local activities.



Getting Around:

On-site parking is available. A vehicle is recommended for exploring downtown Lewiston and the surrounding Northern Michigan area. The nearby West Twin Lake canal and marina make it convenient for guests who would like to rent a boat or pontoon during their stay.Parking is available on site.

• Dogs are welcome for an additional $50 per dog

• The home has a Smart TV but no cable. Guests may use their own streaming services.

• A 4-digit entry code will be sent the day before check-in.

• There is a $50 cancellation fee

• Two kayaks are provided for guest use

• The attached garage and one locked closet are reserved for owner use and are not accessible to guests

• Sandpiper Cottage is next door and may be rented separately when available for larger groups.
