"Room was amazing except the bad view from the 2nd floor. Lol. The bed and pillows were soo comfy. The room set up was also nice. Everything was clean. I did order food from the hotels restaurant and wasn't impressed this time around. Overall, nice 2 night stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding, with such a great variety of selections to choose from. There was something for everyone, and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. We truly appreciated the excellent service, welcoming staff, and wonderful breakfast. We’re already looking forward to returning."

"The hotel is well-located, just a few minutes' walk from Niagara Falls. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, I had a few issues with housekeeping, as they always showed up late. The biggest disappointment was the lack of a kitchen, restaurant, or breakfast service. Additionally, the hallways were a bit dirty and outdated, and the surrounding area generally didn't feel very safe. Based on my past experiences with Sheraton hotels, I was expecting much more."
