"This was my first time staying at this hotel and they were very welcoming to me and my pup. Everyone from including front desk, food service and cleaning staff were all super friendly and always asking if everything was ok with my visit. Everything was clean and the room was perfect for my 3 night stay. I will definitely be back again! This location is beneficial to those with pets who want to take them out onto the beach since it's close to the Cape Henlopen State Park (they allow pets). You don't have to fight traffic either into the main beaches."

"Beautiful place in a great neighborhood. We loved being able to bring our dog. Very convenient to Lewes and Rehobeth. Sitting in the covered porch, drinking our morning coffee was the best.!"

"Plenty of space for family and friends. The house appears to have been two units with multiple kitchens, living spaces, and AC units, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing when traveling with multiple generations. The location was excellent and there is plentiful off street parking. The one con for me has already been noted - the yard is really overgrown in front and in back and does not match pictures from the street. I appreciate native/natural landscaping, but it can be done without looking neglected. But overall, a great stay!"

"What a tremendous destiny for our family summer vacation! The spacious living/bedroom quarters, the well-stocked kitchen, the amazing basement game room and the welcoming pool all provided for a comfortable and enjoyable week for our family.We also visited 2 fun beaches which were short drives from the house. And although there are plenty of activities for entertainment nearby, the highlight of our trip was definitely the beautiful home that we returned to afterwards. We will plan to return!"
