"I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) "

"We are a family of 4 and 2 dogs. This place was brilliant. We could either walk or run into Rock and go on the beach, or have drinks/food and also access the costal path round to Polzeath so easy. After an active day, the hot tub was a real winner for everyone. We have one older dog so the garden was great for her, nice and flat, and as it's all one level apart from the bathroom, great for her to get around. "Had to collect the key from a different location which was a little irritating but the staff were very helpful so not all bad. Penthouse is spacious and clean with a great view out over the city towards the sea. One pretty major issue though - neither of the bedrooms had curtains or blinds so when the sun comes up at 04:45 in June that’s a massive problem! Why no curtains? Lack of sleep made my next day rather miserable. "
