"AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. "The steps you encounter are not mentioned. And are near vertical. A ladder brings you up to the back garden. The door to the property is the only way in or out and the only daylight. Steps down to the kitchen. 3 foot fall to bathroom and dungeon style chamber. Lightning is extremely limited and everything is painted black. No steps provided to get into bed. "I have just spent time in this flat with my 2 grandchildren and we loved it. We found it to be exactly as described on the website - comfortably lived in, quiet area, with lovely views from the deck and an easy walk to Port Isaac harbour (aka rockpool heaven). It is small, but everthing is there (& the bedlinen dservesa mention - exceptionally good) and the host very helpful. We would love to go back."
