"At the time when we booked this hotel it had a pool available. Unfortunately they closed the pool (permanently) in the meantime! Otherwise we had a pleasant stay in a convenient location to explore the city."

"The location is really good to go anywhere. Good access for trains and subways. Also good access to shopping and restaurants."

"Very friendly staff, beautiful property and room, loved the bathroom and bed was very comfortable from an American perspective (not like sleeping on a cement slab). Parking is €30/day and offsite (3-5 min walk), but easy in & out."

"The breakfast was pretty good. It would be even better if they had fruits and some healthier food. But I am aware that this is too much to expect from a hotel at this price range. They did their best to serve me bread without glutein. The room was rather simple but it was clean and the view was awesome. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but If you are looking for a hotel with a reasonable price, right at the heart of Hamburg, you must put this one at the top of your list."

"Staff was excellent—efficient and helpful, especially in Mysa, particularly Nay Krause and Ada. Only criticism is the bathroom sink area does not allow space for toiletries, shower was difficult, sink would not close."
