"Absolutely dreadful from start to finish. This hotel completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable trip. The room was filthy, smelled unpleasant, and looked nothing like the photos online. The bedding appeared unwashed, the bathroom was dirty, and basic cleanliness seemed to be a foreign concept. The customer service was shockingly poor. Staff were rude, dismissive, and acted as though guests were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Every issue we raised was either ignored or met with excuses. The noise levels were ridiculous, making it impossible to sleep, and several facilities that were advertised simply didn’t exist or were out of service. The entire place felt neglected, poorly managed, and in desperate need of investment. I’ve stayed in budget hotels with far better standards than this. Save your money, avoid the disappointment, and book literally anywhere else."
