"Stayed here before so knew what to expect. No frills one night stop over before early flight. Despite being close to major roads & located at services it’s really quiet once you’re in the room. Parking over night just a fiver, absolute bargain. Few minutes drive to all Stansted car parks, so ideal. Would stay again if flying from Stansted."

"Fantastic staff, lovely setting, nice dinners, great gym and comfortable beds. Disappointing breakfast and very unhappy that the hot tub and steam room were not working throughout our 3-day stay, and that we had not been informed in advance."

"Only downside was actually trying to find the place. After 3 attempts using satnav we resorted to asking the locals & eventually asking 4 ladies who were actually the hotel cleaning staff on a ciggy break. Parking outside was a nightmare, but managed to stop for a couple of minutes so we could get our luggage into reception where we were helped by a fabulous young receptionist called Leah who gave us all the info we need to park in an adjacent multi story which brought you out approximately 20 yards from the hotel main entrance & cost only £2.50 (from 4.30pm till 10.30)."
