"Room was on the small side but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent. The maid service was outstanding. The only potential improvement was perhaps 2 extra pillows. I would stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel. Great location. But Lobby bar was always full and too close to actual hotel services,you have to walk past or through a crowd to get to the elevator. Plan different exit/entry if they have an event. Grab n go cafe in Lobby is more suited to outsiders than than hotel guests. And closes early."

"Convenient, walking distance to historic Philadelphia. Room was clean and well maintained. The light in the bathroom made it difficult to see in the mirror. Would definitely recommend a different type of light. Did not offer free breakfast. Restaurant served breakfast and it was ok but pricey. Parking was very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The pool was closed for rehab. Room was clean. Supposed to be food and drink at 5:00 but we didn't see any food sitting out and the line for a drink at the bar was long. Breakfast was good, but over at 9:30 which seemed early. A small bag of chips was $6. Bring your own snacks. Bed and room very comfortable and clean."

"Our room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful. Restaurant food was good but pricey. I did not really avail myself of any other amenities as I was only there for one night. My major issue with this hotel is that it really didn’t have anything around it if you didn’t have a car."

"In general, the hotel was great - it's a great location, the rooms were comfortable, and the amenities were spectacular. Having complimentary streaming services available on the in-room televisions were a first for me and very impressive. The main reason I'm withholding a star is that during check-in, there was a large line of guests waiting to check in and there was not enough staff available to attend to everyone. It was surprising to see a downtown hotel in a major city only have 2 attendants working."
