"Hotel is clean and conveniently located near Lake Geneva. It is also very close to the UN. The staff is very friendly, from front desk to housekeeping to bar/restaurant. I had an extended stay and can say that all of the staff that works different times of day/week is amazing. Michael at the bar was excellent and does an amazing job with customer service. The only thing I would say about this hotel that is negative is the exercise room. I partly chose tho a hotel because it has a dedicated exercise room. Unfortunately it is dated and lacks sanitizing wipes for equipment. However it is very clean. It could use new dumbbells and more than 10kg on the dumbbell side. Other equipment is also dated but included: stationary bike, rower, universal machine, treadmill, dumbbells, and some other type of machine. The good news is that if you’re into fitness and running you can join the many runners that run around Lake Geneva over lunchtime. "

"Great place to stay in Geneva though maybe not for kids. Otherwise it’s centrally located and the staff are wonderful and helpful. Feels a bit odd but not a problem. The rooms a great and the breakfast is very good. "

"Hotel Jade was a great place to stay in Geneva! The location was very convenient to all the sights we wanted to see, and there was a really good kebab place just around the corner — a perfect spot for a quick and tasty meal. Plus, there’s a city parking garage nearby, which made parking easy and hassle-free."

"Very well priced stay for Geneva. Lots of extras from Expedia thrown in: Free parking, travel pass etc, so made it a bargain. Lovely staff very helpful with reservations and advice. Underground parking available. The area the hotel is situated however, is a somewhat seedy. We felt perfectly safe, even coming back after midnight on a Saturday, however we did have to walk through the red light district, with multiple girls on the street and and very "ethnic" community. If ever visiting Geneva again, i would probably still stay here, just as its price is good and its all you need. "
