"Très propre, les employés sont gentils, le buffet était très bon. La piscine est magnifique. Le secteur paraît un peu dangereux avec des vendeurs qui ont l’air louche. Au moins la police était présente. Le restaurant ferme tôt et après il y a plus de nourriture à aucun endroit à l’hôtel. Ce serait bien que au moins le bar offre de la nourriture un peu plus tard."

"The best thing about this hotel is the location, it's right across the boardwalk from the beach. The rooms are cramped, the A/C doesn't get very cool, and the WiFi is only so/so. The staff is helpful and are fluent in many languages. We did the package that included breakfast and dinner, and we enjoyed the food very much, but certain nights were noticeably better than others. Breakfast was always the same, and it was very good."

"Lovely Hotel at the end of Son Matias Beach. Large hotel lots of rooms but never feels over crowded. Lose the sun agt pool area throughout the day. People claiming sunbeds from early morning and not using or returning till later on. Drinks and snack bar really good value. Food in the restaurant fabulous and so much choice. Small pebble beach at the side of the hotel really nice."

"This hotel is genuinely amazing! 👏 The staff are kind, caring, helpful and extremely attentive!! Breakfast is great with lots of options and open until 1:30pm. We stayed in room 401 which was incredible - it was a corner room on the top floor with a HUGE balcony and very clean and easy to use hot tub. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Could not fault this place at all!!! 💫"
