"Wonderful staff who go out of their way to help their guests. Good restaurant recommendations and reservations. The hotel has a good location near city center and old Lyon. The hotel is quiet although there is a lot of activity nearby. We stayed last year and had a great room. This year, while we booked the same class of room, it didn’t seem like the same. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"The location is superb. The hotel staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Free coffee, hot coco, and water was a nice touch. Daily housekeeping is great. The room is adequately air conditioned. Areaa for improvement: the towels need upgrading. Some mold in the bathroom. Would I stay here again? Sure. But I would bring my own towel next time. I enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed Lyon in general."
