Spacioux duplex apartment of 105 m², completly renovated this summer for 12 persons (8 adults and 4 kids). The apartment is on the 3rd and last floor with a lift and nice South/ West view on the balcony.

- The living room is equipped with a sofa, a TV and a dinner table with 12 seats.
- Open Kitchen equipped for 12 persons, with induction hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, big fridge, coffee machine, toaster.
- Upstairs, 2 family bedrooms with double bed (160cm) and a single bed (80cm) and a sleeping area under an alcove (less than 1.50 m) with 2 single beds (80cm). This last bedroom is ideal for children.
- 2 bathrooms and 2 indepandant toilets.
- A private parking for the car.
- Comfort elements : Vacuum cleaner - Ski room

The residence Péclet is in the up part of Val Thorens. This area is much appreciated being quiet and about 50 m from the slopes, shops and restaurants.
The following services are included in the price:
- Bed linen and towels and the bed are made upon arrival
- Cleaning kit ( sponge, tablet for dishwasher, toilet paper roll, dustbin bag)
- Final cleaning is included

Lovely apartment in a great location! Shops, bars and restaurants just around the corner and slopes just a short walk away. Apartment is well stocked with all appliances needed and nicely decorated. Ski room is a particular highlight, really nicely decorated and set out really well, making it easy to store everything. Thanks for a great stay!
