floor of a residence without elevator.
It includes: a kitchen area (ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, mini-oven, high and low storage), lounge area (sofa bed, flat screen TV, blue ray DVD player) opening onto a glazed loggia facing South West with view of the slopes, dining area (table, chairs), a cabin (2 bunk beds), a bedroom: 1 bed 140, cupboard/wardrobe, a bathroom/WC.
Individual electric heating.
Parquet floor, except tiled kitchen area.
