"Lovely hostess, location was good with easy walking to restaurants and downtown. Parking on site. Great hot breakfast. Only downside was that she allowed guest to bring dog - fortunately it was quiet, but I’d have chosen a different lodging if I had been aware as not keen on dogs. Perhaps his should be an added piece of info on booking site?"

"Had a most enjoyable stay at The Old Cottage with wonderful hosts Karen and Darren. Really comfy double bed & great shower. Had the benefit of a gorgeous roaring fire in spacious lounge area at night with lots of DVDs and a library of books about stuff to explore in the local area. Darren and Karen were such lovely people, warm , friendly and gave helpful tips about the locality. Breakfast was fabulous, tasty and varied. Would highly recommend this B&B and will definitely be back. Many thanks...
