"Very disappointed with Hotels.com not notifying us of a 60euro cleaning fee imposed after a 1 night stay. There add also says theres a full size fridge and a dishwasher however no dishwasher and a small fridge. The quality of a accommodation was well below par.... not at all in line with same rated places. The lady that checked us in was lovely but the additional fees were ridiculous!!! Very very disappointing. "

"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"

"Really nice, clean and cosy apartment. 12 minute walk to the centre. It would be helpful if they left extra toilet paper, as well as bin bags for the guests to throw any extra rubbish. "

"Arrivés pour 18h, nous nous rendons à l'hôtel et non a la résidence pour le check in, appartement réservé sur Hotels.com pour 8 et pour une valeur de 156 euros, quelle stupéfaction lors de l'accueil avec la personne en place, elle nous demande de régler en PLUS 176.5 euros pour le ménage...(pour une nuit) prix incompressible et c'est comme ça sinon on peu aller voir ailleurs!!!! "Quiet location on the ground floor of a large block. Sun on the balcony in the morning. 5 minute walk from the centre of the village. 2 minute walk to large supermarket. Enjoyed the table tennis, pool and sauna in the basement. We had a lovely time in Saalbach."

"Warm, clean, close to the centre of Maria Alm, even closer to a supermarket. Great two weeks in an apartment that had every thing we needed. Not too long a walk to the ski lifts, but we left our skis in a depot to make the walk even easier. We didn’t have a car so an ideal location."

"Schön und zentral gelegene Villa mit drei kleinen einzelnen Wohnungen. Es duftet echt angenehm im Haus und der Balkon ist groß und die Anzahl der Bäder, bzw. zur Verfügung stehenden Toiletten überragend ( drei für drei)! Wir haben die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für einen Salzburg-Trip genutzt, Bad Reichenhall ist aber auch für andere Unternehmungen sehr gut gelegen. Reichhaltiges Gastroangebot in der Stadt."

"Easy after hours self check in. Breakfast was superb and had a great mountain view!!!! Restaurant was under construction and there was no access to the outdoor seating area, which was a bummer but not the end of the world. Super safe hotel. "We woke up every morning and did a weather report as well as a cloud and cow report. The view of the mountain was so special - we loved seeing the cows come down the mountain at night. The sound of the local train and thin walls made it a bit noisy so if that would bother you ask for a room at the back of the building or expect to sleep with ear plugs. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety and fresh ingredients. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend to others no problem!"
