"We had a beautiful room with a large balcony with a view of the mountains. The staff in the hotel were charming and helpful. Breakfasts could be had in your room or the restaurant. There was yoghurt with homemade fruit compote, fruit salad, and delicious rolls and pastries."

"Everything was absolutely perfect. It is five star all the way. Service impeccable. Guest relations manager Giovanna was superb as was the entire staff. I don't think that my husband and I have ever been to any hotel anywhere in the world that is run so perfectly as this gem in the Swiss Alps ! We hope to be back again !"
