The cottage is a 2-minute walk to Church St., right in the heart of Lenox. Kennedy Park (1.5 miles) is a short stroll away for great hiking & biking, while multiple 5-star restaurants are all within a few minute walk. Tanglewood (2 miles), Kripalu (3 miles), Shakespeare & Co. (1 mile), Berkshire Theatre Festival & the Norman Rockwell Museum (7 miles), Butternut, Jiminy Peak (15 miles) & Bousquet (5 miles) ski area, Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center & Jacob's Pillow (14 miles) are all close by!

The Lemon Cottage is comfortable, cozy and charming with the convenience of downtown Lenox just a 2-minute walk away. The main living area has a gas fireplace, TV and space for eating, relaxing and hanging out. All the bedrooms have multiple windows and a comfortable amount of space and lovely natural light. There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen and the backyard is great for enjoying peaceful afternoons and evenings.

Cozy lemon cottage

Cottage is a very short walk to town. Clean and well appointed space. Tom was extremely responsive to any messages. Would stay again.

New Years in Lenox

Tom’s cottage was the perfect place for us to stay to enjoy the new year in quiet Lenox. It was centrally located which made exploring town easy and convenient. The check in and out process was super simple and Tom made himself easily accessible throughout the stay.

Great choice centrally located for a visit to the Berkshires!

The house is small but very comfortable for a quiet stay within walking distance of the village of Lenox.

Wonderful stay in Lenox!

Our family loved our stay in Tom’s cottage! A block away from downtown Lenox, it couldn’t have been closer to all the best restaurants and shops. The cottage is super cozy. We throughly enjoyed the comfortable king bed, BBQ grill, well-equipped kitchen and gas fireplace. Tom made himself easily accessible and was quick to respond to all questions. We definitely will be back! Thanks Tom!

Could use some updating here and there, but this cottage had everything we needed: it was clean, bed & linens were comfortable, everything in the kitchen worked great. Very nice stay.

Lovely Berkshires base

The Lemon Cottage is very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was great to be able to walk to the restaurants and shopping in Lenox, and use the cottage for a home base for trips to Williamstown, North Adams and Sturbridge. We'd be happy to come back!

Great Location and Communication

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Tom was a very good communicator and accommodating with a special request of ours. The neighbors were very friendly as well and made us feel like part of the community. Easy walk into town to enjoy Lenox!

Love the Lemon Cottage!

Last week, I stayed at the Lemon Cottage in Lenox and it was perfect! It was charming and lovely, exactly as described, and just outside of Lenox Center. The neighborhood is quiet and the yard is quite lovely. I found Tom to be a highly responsive and supportive host; he responded quickly to my messages and there were never any mixups. This was my first time in Lenox and I'd love to go back and spend more time there; if I do, I'd certainly stay at the Lemon Cottage again! Thanks, Tom!!!

What you see is what you get

Just as quaint the inside as the outside! Perfect location for walking to and from shops and restaurants in Lenox. Host was super accommodating, accessible, and helpful. We love Lenox and will definitely consider this property when we book for next year!

Darling home right next to town

We stayed at this adorable home while in Lenox. It is cozy and cute, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed one night at home curled up on the couch. The hosts are very accommodating and are committed to your comfort and enjoyment of their property. Highly recommend!

Great rental in Lenox

This is a lovely house within easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants in Lenox, and short drives to Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, and other Berkshire performing arts and visual venues. The house is cute and very well kept. The owner was highly responsive to all of our questions. Really just a lovely place to stay in Lenox!

Cozy time at the Lemon Cottage

We really enjoyed our time at the Lemon Cottage. We came up to go skiing and loved being walking distance from town. When we were at the cottage, we enjoyed the fireplace and the cozy set up. Tom was kind and communicative. We hope to return in the future!

Comfortable, quiet cottage close to town!

Our family loved staying in the Sharpe family's cottage for a week in November. We buckled our daughter up in her stroller and ambled into downtown Lenox every day. The central location also made getting takeout from the great eateries in town very easy. The electric fireplace was put to use on several chilly nights. Washer/dryer were super convenient to have with our little one. She also really enjoyed the artwork in the kids room. Tom was always available, extremely nice, and even allowed us to check out late since no one was coming in after us. Wonderful stay - we hope to be back! Thank you so much, Tom!

Lovely stay at Lemon Cottage

My family and I had a truly wonderful stay at the Lemon Cottage. The cottage was clean, well appointed, and homey. The furnishings were simple yet comfortable and the space very functional. It was also super cozy—our stay, unfortunately, was filled with rain, but hanging out in the living room with the fire on was a true pleasure. The location cannot be beat (about a 2 minute walk to the main street of Lenox) and Tom and Susanna were an absolute delight to correspond with. We will definitely be back!

enjoyable week at Lemon Cottage

The house is a small cottage. It is dated in style, but well maintained and is in an excellent location - a short walk to downtown Lenox and a short drive to Tanglewood. The owners maintained excellent communication and were very responsive in addressing some small items we needed for the house (replacement light bulbs, etc). We had an enjoyable week at Lemon Cottage.

Lovely house in the heart of Lenox

This house is convenient to town, restaurants, and theater. A small supermarket in town and two large ones within a few miles. The house is well-eqippped and supplied with lots of spices. The washing machine and dryer are large capacity and state of the art.

Lemon Heaven

Exceeded expectations. Location is incomparable. Short stroll to town shops and restaurants. Walked to Shakespeare and Co. Walked (long) to Tanglewood. House had everything we needed and then some. Host Tom was super helpful and friendly. Hope he’ll have us back.

Enjoyable Stay at the Lemon Cottage

For our first time in the Berkshires my wife and I chose the Lemon Cottage and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The location is perfect, walking distance to numerous bars, restaurants, shopping and all that Lennox has to offer. We barely used our car but other attractions are only a short ride away. The cottage is charmingly decorated and immaculately clean with comfy beds and linens and books and games to keep you entertained. The host is super responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our time and definitely hope to become repeat guests.

Girls weekend respite

Four women from my family attended a retreat at Kripalu and needed a place to stay as the facility was sold out. We found this cozy cottage only 7min away. The owner was wonderfully welcoming and gave us great suggestions for nearby restaurants. Beds: all of them were very comfortable with great linens. Bathroom: only 1 but it had everything we needed including good water pressure. Kitchen: well stocked. Living room: cozy with a great fireplace (wasn’t needed this trip but would be great in the winter). Yard: tiny but cute. Note: there is no central air. There are window units though. Easy walk to great restaurants, shops and coffee places. Did I mention the owner was super nice? We would definitely come back.
