"Lovely place place to stay. Close to the main strip, but away from the noise. The property is clean and the staff was helpful. Didn't get the chance to try the food. Pool area was nice and quiet. Some minor things need to be taken care of: found some ants in the bedroom and the toilet. Some more pest control is to be considered. The safe inside the closet was not working. Someone came in to try to fix it, but unfortunately it wasn't fixed. Overall, a very good experience. I would come back!"

"A beautiful location. Please keep in mind that you can only get there by scooter or foot. But staff will pick up your luggage and You by scooter and bring you to the location if needed. The location is nice and quiet away from the main road and her no dogs or roosters waking me up. That was nice. Best thing they had great hot water. Hotel is right next to some wonderful restaurants and a gorgeous walk among the rice fields. Lots to do close by including yoga, silver jewelry making. "

"excellent stay at Gayatri. The place is tucked away from the crowded Monkey street and is a haven of quiet and peace. The architecture stands out as does the breakfast. The sumptuous colorful breakfast is tasty, full of fresh local ingredients - a significant highlight of Gayatri, The staff is friendly, helpful and very responsive. Their on site taxi service is a boon and we booked them last minute a couple of times. Will recommend Gayatri without any hesitation and look forward to coming back...

"The rooms and especially the bathrooms were big and clean. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The location was close to everything. The only thing I didn’t like and couldn’t understand was why they put a pair of 70 year olds upstairs with 2 flights when 2 rooms downstairs were both empty twin rooms. I did complain to the front desk and they offeted to move us but we were there for only 2 nights so I declined."
