"First, the hotel is under renovation and that was not mentioned on the website. Second, the pool was closed due to the renovation. Third, I asked for my room to be cleaned on day 4 and no one ever came. Fourth, my air conditioner froze up. I unplugged it ( I am EPA certified for HVAC). The tech plugged it back in and never repaired it. I had to be relocated to another room. Twice I went down to the lobby for breakfast and the coffee was not made. The front desk staff was borderline rude. This was nearly the worst stay that I have ever had. I travel 20 days per month for work. I will never stay at this hotel again."

"It was a very disappointing experience. My family and I stayed one night after a late check-in past midnight. When we entered the room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and even had ashtrays inside. The walls were dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time, and the overall condition of the room felt run down. We were so uncomfortable that we chose not to stay for our second night and forfeited the cost. We ended up finding another hotel and left as quickly as possible. Overall, not a place we would return to or recommend."

"Last minute reservation. High prices for hotels overall that weekend, otherwise probably wouldn't have stayed there. It's an older hotel. Door was hard to open from the outside, screen falling off the window, refrigerator with ice buildup, bathroom tile and walls were cracking and separating. Beds were hard. But linens were clean. Sufficient for our needs."
