"First, I was embarrassed when the hotel claimed they had no dealings or contact with Hotels.com. I told them I had paid with my Visa debit card but they refused. Because it was late, I had to pay cash again. I have receipts. Hotels.com will do well not to charge my card. The service was poor as the generator did not come on or at best epileptic.
